Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer authentic handmade products inspected for quality before shipping. Because of their handcrafted nature, returns often arrive in non-resaleable condition—damaged packaging, missing tags, or creases may result in the return being declined.

Minor variations—such as slight colour shifts, weave differences, print irregularities, or subtle fabric slubs—are all natural characteristics of handcrafting and are not considered defects.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation – Before Shipment
  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Please send us a cancellation message or email at care@brandedsarees, including your order details and the reason for cancelling.
  • Once confirmed, full refund will be credited within 2–3 business days of your cancellation request.
  1. Cancellation After Shipment or Beyond 12 Hours
  • If your order has already been shipped—or if the cancellation request comes after 12 hours—refunds will be processed as follows:
    • The refund amount will exclude actual shipping and Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges levied by the courier.
    • Once the returned item arrives back at our Bangalore warehouse, refund will be credited within 2–3 business days—subject to inspection and receipt of the product in good condition.
  1. Shipping-Related Delays
  • If you cancel your order due to delayed delivery, shipping and RTO charges will still apply, as these costs are passed on from the courier.
  • Your refund will be credited within 2–3 business days after the product is returned and accepted by our warehouse.
  1. Order Non-Processing by Our End
  • In rare cases where we’re unable to process, procure, or ship your order due to circumstances beyond our control, your order will be automatically cancelled.
  • A full refund will be credited within 2–3 business days, and no further liability will be assumed by either party.

The Refund policy

  1. Refund for order Cancellation before Shipment
    If you cancel your order before it ships, we will process a full refund  will be credited within 2–3 business days of cancellation.
  2. Refund for order Cancellation after shipment
    • If the product has already shipped and you wish to cancel, the refund will be processed after we receive the item back at our Bangalore warehouse (refund will be credited within 2–3 business days of receiving the product).
    • Please note that shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges will be deducted from your refund.
    • The item must be returned in good, resalable condition; if it arrives damaged or soiled, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
  3. Refund in case of defects , damage or wrong products .
    Upon receiving the product back from customer and post review and consent by our quality team we will process a full refund ,refund  it  will be credited within 2–3 business days .
  4. Refund Method
    • Refunds are issued via UPI only—we do not process refunds via any other payment methods.
    • Once your return is received and validated, we’ll contact you to notify you of the refund, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  5. Exclusions
    • Products purchased during sale events are not eligible for refunds, unless there is defect in product.
